Duke from "La Maison Burgaud"

Established in Challans, known as the “duck capital”, the Burgaud family and their famous ducks have made a place for themselves in the world of gastronomy. The origin of this family adventure dates back to the 1940s. Today it is two sisters, Ingrid and Clarisse, the 4th generation, who ensure the continuity of this beautiful small family business.



"La marinière" Farm

Serge et Bertrand Rondeau have been farmers from father to son for 5 generations, in Saint Mathurin near Sables d’Olonne in Vendée.

Their breeding includes chickens, pigs, dairy cows as well as beef cows of the Parthenaise breed.



Mareyeur Raffin

Present on many famous French tables and foreign catering, the RAFFIN company is characterized by the very high quality of its supplies.

Specialized in fine fish extra fresh from small boats under 24 hours, it ensures its daily purchases from the Vendée auctions of St-Gilles-Croix-de-vie, Noirmoutier, les Sables-d’Olonne and Île-d´Yeu.
